Who We Are.
Porter & her team are about communication, confidence, and comfort for clients. This is met through constantly providing a road map and resources, asking for feedback, providing guidance and taking control while ultimately keeping you, the client, as the ultimate decision maker of your purchase or sale.
At Finding Home With Porter, we are obsessed with the client experience. Smooth, professional, and organized transactions are what you can expect when working with Porter & Team. Although Porter is your agent, she has two staff members to ensure seamless organization for clients, and to ensure that her time is reserved for focus on your negotiation and strategy needs when you need to talk to her.
Dana Graber, Transaction Coordinator
As a licensed Transaction Coordinator, Dana’s role is to help keep every aspect of a contract and transaction on track, down to every last date, deadline, and detail. She is the behind the screen manager dedicated to making sure you have a clear paper trail of records.
Originally from Riga, Latvia, Dana speaks fluent English and Latvian and received a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Latvia. Upon her move to Denver in 2008, she fell in love with the city and all it has to offer.
With licenses as both a Real Estate Broker and an Employing Broker, you receive additional back-end care and attention throughout your under contract period to Closing.
Independent Contractor, Administrative Manager
This role’s entire focus is on the client experience. We offer full management of scheduling and coordinating any needed vendors or repairs using our extensive network as a value add for our clients during the listing preparation and inspection process. We are constantly searching for ways to show our clients we are grateful to be working with them. During the exciting moments of purchasing or selling, anniversaries, and life events our administrative manager often is delivering gifts and making other connections to make the experience of working with Finding Home With Porter more special.
The administrator also helps manage the many events that Finding Home With Porter hosts for past and current clients. Past events include professional terrarium making classes, Bowling and Brews, Professional Family Portraits for Mother’s & Father’s Day, Professional Pet Portraits, Dragon Boat Festival Booth, Dog Adoption Event, Goat Yoga, and the annual Wreath Making Party
